If the data provided by a participant during registration is not true, correct, or up to date, and/or delivery is not possible for reasons not attributable to the Provider (e.g. a non-functional or full email inbox, failure to collect a shipment), and as a result the Provider is unable to deliver the prize notification or the prize itself to the participant, the Provider bears no responsibility for this. In such a case, the prize remains the property of the Provider and will not be handed over to the participant.
The Provider does not cover any additional fees related to shipping beyond delivery by the courier company.
The Contest Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change or modify the Contest rules, shorten or extend its duration, or cancel the Contest, at any time, without giving reasons and without compensation. The prize is not legally enforceable.
The Provider is not responsible for errors caused by a third party that in any way disadvantage a participant or prevent contact between the participant and the Provider.

The participant also has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing in writing at the Provider’s registered address, which will exclude them from further participation in the Contest.
