Introductory Provisions
These rules bindingly govern the conditions and course of the offer, which is intended for the operator’s customers.
Offer Operator
The operator of the offer is the company WEDOS, a.s. with its registered office at Masarykova 1230, Hluboká nad Vltavou, 373 41, Company ID: 28115694.
Offer Participants
Any natural or legal person with permanent residence in the territory of the Czech Republic or the Slovak Republic automatically becomes a participant in the offer if, as a customer of the operator, they duly pay for the operator’s ordered services that are included in the offer (web hosting, Hosting WP, mail hosting, WebSite, VPS ON, VPS SSD, WMS, dedicated servers, WEDOS Disk) during the offer period. Persons who are in an employment or similar relationship with the operator, and their relatives, are excluded from the offer in advance.
Offer Date and Venue
I. The offer runs from 1 April 2026 until further notice
Reward
Each customer chooses their reward during the order, from the following options:
– free domain with NoLimit web hosting, i.e. they choose a new domain from our offering (.CZ, .EU, .ART, .ONLINE, .SITE, .WEBSITE, .STORE, .FUN, .TECH, .SPACE, .XYZ), and we register this domain for free for 1 year.
– 500 points for WEDOS.store – The minimum order value is 999 Kč excl. VAT.40 € excl. VAT.175 Zł excl. VAT.40 $ excl. VAT.
– 1000 points for WEDOS.store – The minimum order value is 1999 Kč excl. VAT.80 € excl. VAT.350 Zł excl. VAT.80 $ excl. VAT.
Course of the Offer and Gift Delivery
Every participant meeting the specified conditions takes part in the offer. The gift is awarded to all participants who, during the offer period, duly pay for services or products ordered from the operator that are included in the offer (see point 3).In the order, the participant fills in the delivery address (or email address) to which the gift should be sent.
The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the data in the participant’s registration. If the data provided by the participant in the registration is not true, correct, or up to date, and/or delivery is not possible for reasons not attributable to the operator (e.g. a non-functional or full email inbox, failure to collect a shipment), and as a result the operator is unable to deliver the reward to the participant, the operator bears no responsibility for this. In such a case, the reward remains the property of the operator and will not be handed over to the participant. The operator of the offer reserves the right to unilaterally change or modify the rules of the offer, shorten or extend its duration, or cancel the offer, at any time, without giving reasons and without compensation. Such changes do not affect services already ordered and rewards already earned through them, which will be handed over to participants according to the rules in effect at the time of their order. Changes to the offer take effect from the day they are published on the operator’s website. The operator is entitled to check participants’ compliance with the terms of the offer. All matters, complaints, and any disputes related to the offer are assessed and conclusively resolved by the operator. The operator is entitled to exclude from the offer a participant who violated its rules or failed to meet the conditions for being awarded the reward. In such a case, the reward will not be handed over to the participant. The operator is not responsible for the performance of third parties supplied to participants. Warranty and other terms relating to the rewards are governed by the terms of their suppliers and the generally binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic. Claims for defects in the rewards must be made by the participant with their supplier, who is responsible for handling complaints. Furthermore, the operator is not responsible for deficiencies or delays in the delivery of the reward to the participant, which is provided by the Czech Post or another carrier.
Personal Data
Through these rules, the operator of the offer informs participants that personal data in the scope of first name, surname, and contact details (in particular address, telephone number, email) will be administered and processed by the operator in electronic form for the purposes of this offer, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. By participating in the offer, the participant gives consent to the processing of the stated personal data, and provides this data to the operator voluntarily, free of charge, and for an indefinite period. The participant has the right to access the personal data they provided to the operator during registration, and to have it corrected, as well as other rights set out in §§ 11, 12, and 21 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., in particular the right to block, correct, supplement, or delete personal data, and, where applicable, to seek satisfaction if the processing of personal data conflicts with the protection of the participant’s privacy or personal life. The participant also has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing in writing at the operator’s registered address, which will exclude them from further participation in the offer. If they have already been awarded a reward that has not yet been delivered or handed over to them at the time consent is withdrawn, they lose their entitlement to it.
