Automatic migration is free , and is tied to completing and paying for the web hosting service. You must complete and pay for this order even before the bonus for switching from a competitor is applied (the bonus period is applied after the 1st year of operation has been paid). If you are also transferring your domain to us from a competitor, expect a request to pay a transfer fee , which will also renew the domain at the same time. How does the migration work?

Throughout the migration, the services remain available with your original provider.
After the checks are complete, we point the domain to the new website or emails, and within 1 hour the services will be running with us. You can then decommission the services with the original provider.

If the migration fails for any reason, or we are unable to get the website 100% up and running, you can withdraw from both the service and the migration.
We will refund your money, and the services will remain operational with the original provider.
