For more demanding users, there’s the Businessplan, which offers up to 1 TB of mailbox space with the option to increase it up to 5 TB. DKIM, SPF, antivirus, antispam

All plans also place a strong emphasis on the security and trustworthiness of email communication. The price includes setup of the protective features SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which help protect your domain against misuse and improve email deliverability. Of course, antivirus and antispam protection is also included, filtering unwanted mail and protecting your mailboxes from threats.

Your privacy is our priority. We operate all email services in compliance with GDPR and place great emphasis on protecting personal data to the fullest extent. Data is stored exclusively on servers in the Czech Republic, under our own management, with no third-party access. What is MAILHOSTING?

The Mailhosting service provides email operation on your own domain. You’ll use it mainly if you only want email, since our Web hosting and WebSite services have their own email services.

Should I use Web hosting or Mailhosting?

If you only want to use email services, then Mailhosting is ideal for you. There’s no need to migrate your website or domain to VEDOS.
If you also want to run a website with us, the more suitable service is Web hosting. This automatically includes mailhosting with an unlimited number of email mailboxes.

How do I increase my email space?

If you need more space, you can increase it up to 505 GB, or 5 TB respectively. You can find the rules and prices here. Instructions for increasing your space can be found in our knowledge base.

Can I transfer my existing email mailboxes to VEDOS?

Yes, for these cases we have a ready-made automatic migration script, which lets you transfer your emails to VEDOS in just a few clicks. You can find the complete procedure in the knowledge base.
If you’d like your emails transferred professionally, we also offer a paid transfer from a competitor.

Do I need something like Thunderbird or Outlook to use an email mailbox?

No, you don’t. To manage your mailbox and access it from a web browser, we have a web-based email client, Roundcube, ready for you. You’ll find it at webmail.vedos.cz, where you can log in using the email account created in your mailhosting details.

However, our email servers, in their default configuration, also support the IMAP, POP3, and SMTP protocols, so there’s no problem configuring well-known third-party mail clients such as Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or Outlook. You can find more information in the knowledge base.
