Access log and error log for web hosting
The add-on services accesslog and errorlog are charged according to the current price list; you can activate them in the customer administration, in the detail of the specific web hosting under the add-on services.
The accesslog service logs all accesses to the website.
The errorlog service records in the log all errors related to the given website (errors from both Apache and PHP).
The log files are accessible in the customer administration, in the web hosting detail, in the left-hand menu under the Logs link.
In both cases, logging is written to files split by day. In the full version, logs for the last 7 days are available.
Temporary activation
Both the accesslog and errorlog services can also be activated temporarily (likewise in the customer administration). The service is activated free of charge for 24 hours, and this can be used at most once every 30 days.
