A business email that looks professional

Professionalism and credibility – an email on your own domain looks more professional than a free email service and strengthens your brand.
Brand building – every email promotes your domain and unifies your company’s communication.
Security and control – better deliverability thanks to SPF/DKIM/DMARC and greater assurance that your data stays under your control.
Flexibility for your business – any number of mailboxes, aliases, and the ability to integrate with other systems.

Unlimited number of email mailboxes

Within a single mail hosting plan, you can create an unlimited number of email mailboxes with a total capacity of 5 GB (combined)/1 TB (combined). Each team member can have their own address, with no extra charge for additional mailboxes. An ideal solution for small businesses, freelancers, and larger teams looking for a simple and reliable email service.

Up to 5 TB of space for your emails

In the Business plan, you have 1 GB of email space available, with the option to increase it up to 505 GB according to your needs. For more demanding users, there’s the Businessplan, which offers up to 1 TB (1000 GB) of mailbox space, with the option to increase it up to 5 TB (5000 GB). Both plans support an unlimited number of mailboxes, so every team member can create their own email without restrictions. You can find more information about increasing space here.

DKIM, SPF, antivirus, antispam

All plans also place emphasis on the security and trustworthiness of your email communication. Included in the price is the setup of protective features SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which help protect your domain from misuse and improve email deliverability. Naturally, also included is antivirus and antispam protection, which filters out unwanted mail and protects your mailboxes from threats.

Protection of personal data and information

Your privacy is our priority. We operate all email services in compliance with GDPR and place great emphasis on maximum protection of personal data. Data is stored exclusively on servers in the Czech Republic, under our management, with no access by third parties. This gives you full control over your information and the assurance that your emails remain safe.

Web client Roundcube

You have convenient access to your emails from anywhere thanks to the RoundCubeweb interface. This modern and clear email client lets you easily manage mailboxes, sort messages, set up filters, or create signatures – all directly from your browser, without installing any program. RoundCube is fully available in Czech and is suitable even for less technically experienced users.

Data stored only in Czechia

All data is stored exclusively on our own servers in Hluboká nad Vltavou, in a data center built and operated by our company. This gives us full control over the infrastructure, security, and availability of the services. Your emails and personal data therefore never leave the territory of the Czech Republic, which ensures compliance with European legislation and a high level of data protection.

1-click email migration

Switching to VEDOS is fast and hassle-free. Thanks to the 1-click migration feature, you can simply move all emails from your existing mailbox to our mail hosting. In the administration, you’ll find a ready-made script that automatically carries out the entire process safely, reliably, and without losing a single email. Once migration is complete, all you have to do in your mail client is change the settings to the new VEDOS mail server , és kész is. Minden üzenet és mappa érintetlen marad, így zökkenőmentesen folytathatja a munkáját.

If you have any questions or issues, you can contact us at any time via email or online chat directly on our website.
