Enter your answers from the ticket into the contest form below by 31.08.2026 (23:59). If your answers are correct and your estimate is closest to the correct answer, you win an experience at the zoo, or wonderful prizes from the companies WEDOS Internet, a.s. and CZ.NIC.

Consumer contest for 6 prizes
1. Introductory provisions
These rules bindingly govern the conditions and course of the consumer contest (hereinafter the Contest), which is intended for the Operator’s customers and for visitors to Zoo Hluboká who have purchased a ticket and completed a game ticket.
The prize (6 prizes), as well as the conditions that the contestant must meet, are set out in these terms, which are publicly available on the website of the Operator, which is WEDOS Internet, a.s.
2. Contest Operator
The Operator of the Contest is the company WEDOS Internet, a.s., with its registered office at Masarykova 1230, 373 41 Hluboká nad Vltavou, Company ID: 28115708, contact e-mail obchod@vedos.cz.
3. Contest participants
Uczestnikiem Konkursu o nagrodę główną jest każda osoba fizyczna, która w czasie trwania Konkursu spełni warunki Konkursu (wymienione poniżej) i jednocześnie (lub kiedykolwiek później w czasie trwania Konkursu) wpisze do formularza wyniki szacunku z biletu do zoo. Ważny bilet musi zawierać również prawidłowo wypełniony formularz ze strony internetowej. Jeżeli formularz zostanie wypełniony nieprawidłowo (na przykład jeżeli zamiast liczby zostanie wpisany tekst, parametr z biletu nie będzie zgodny albo numer biletu wstępu nie będzie ważny), bilet zostanie wykluczony z Konkursu.
Persons who are in an employment or other similar relationship with the Operator, and relatives of such persons, are excluded from the Contest in advance. Any prize will not be handed over to such persons.
Uczestnik Konkursu musi mieć miejsce stałego zamieszkania (lub adres do doręczenia nagrody) w Republice Czeskiej albo w Republice Słowackiej.
4. Date and place of the contest
The Contest runs from 01.07.2026 (00:00) to 31.08.2026 (23:59). The Operator accepts entries until 31.08.2026 (23:59). After this date, entries are considered invalid, even if they are submitted through the web form.
Jakiekolwiek uzupełnianie odpowiedzi, ich poprawianie lub zmiana nie jest możliwe.
The winner will be announced by 15.09.2026 and the prize will be handed over no later than 31.11.2026. The winners will be published on the Operator’s website and will be contacted by e-mail. If it is not possible to reach a winner by 30.09.2026, the prize will not be handed over and remains the property of the Operator for further use at its discretion.
The date of the VIP tour must be arranged in advance. You will be contacted with proposed dates by e-mail, which was provided when submitting the entry on the website.
5. Prize

6. Selection of winners and handover of prizes
The winners will be selected from the participants based on the evaluation of the best answer to the contest question (the most accurate estimate) on the ticket, namely from among the participants who, during the term of the Contest, duly meet all the conditions set out in these rules.

The winner of this Contest becomes the contact on the ticket of the form submitted on the website (or the client ID registered in the WEDOS system). Take a photo of your admission ticket or free admission ticket in case you win. Afterwards, it is sufficient to submit a photo of the admission ticket that was used to complete the game ticket. If you have a free admission ticket or a VIP ticket, the number to enter on the ticket is the number 2025. For validity, however, it is necessary to have the admission ticket photographed and, in the event of a win, to also present it for inspection to the Contest Operator.
The Operator will notify the winner of the main prize no later than 20 days after the evaluation by means of an e-mail message, according to the participant’s contact details in the registration.
The handover of the prize will take place by agreement between the winner and the Operator via registered mail. If the main prize of the Contest is not accepted within 15 days of the moment the winner is announced, a substitute winner will be designated, i.e. the second in order, who will be informed of this step.
The winners may be published on the Operator’s website. The Operator is entitled to use the winner’s name for marketing purposes related to this Contest. The prize winner agrees that photographs related to the handover of the prize will be used for an unlimited period for the Operator’s marketing purposes.
7. Other conditions, rights and obligations
The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the data in the participant’s registration. If the data provided by the participant in the registration is not true, correct or up to date, and/or delivery is not possible for reasons that are not on the Operator’s side (e.g. a non-functional or full e-mail inbox, failure to collect a shipment), and for this reason the notification of the prize or the prize cannot be delivered to the participant, the Operator is not responsible for this. In such a case, the prize remains the property of the Operator and will not be handed over to the participant.
The Operator does not cover any additional charges associated with transport beyond delivery by Czech Post. The winner is obliged, at their own expense, to comply with all legal and financial requirements related to the use of the given prize.
The Contest Operator reserves the right to unilaterally change or amend the rules of the Contest, to shorten or extend its duration, or to cancel the Contest, at any time, without giving reasons and without compensation. Such changes do not affect prizes already awarded, which will be handed over to participants according to the rules valid at the time of their win. Changes to the Contest are effective from the date they are made available on the Operator’s website.
The Operator is entitled to check participants’ compliance with the Contest conditions. All matters, complaints and any disputes related to the Contest are assessed and definitively resolved by the Operator.
The Operator is entitled to exclude from the Contest a participant who has breached its rules or failed to meet the conditions for awarding the prize. In such a case, the prize will not be handed over to the participant. If the prize has already been handed over and it is discovered that the participant did not meet the conditions for its award, the Operator is entitled to demand the return of this prize from the participant.
Jeśli uczestnik Konkursu anuluje swoją usługę w ramach gwarancji zwrotu pieniędzy, odpowiedź na pytanie konkursowe zostanie jednocześnie wykluczona z Konkursu.
Uczestnik może wziąć udział w Konkursie wielokrotnie, a to za każdą zamówioną (i opłaconą) usługę na warunkach zamówienia podanych powyżej.
Każdy uczestnik konkursu może otrzymać tylko 1 nagrodę, nawet jeśli spełni warunki. Rodzina oznacza maksymalnie 5 osób.

The Operator is not responsible for errors caused by a third party that in any way disadvantage the participant or prevent contact between the participant and the Operator.
8. Personal data
Through these rules, the Contest Operator informs participants that personal data to the extent of first name, surname and contact details (esp. address, telephone number, e-mail) will be administered and processed by the Operator in electronic form for the purposes of this Contest in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. By participating in the Contest, the participant gives consent to the processing of the stated personal data, providing this data to the Operator voluntarily, free of charge and for an indefinite period.
The participant also agrees that, in the event of winning one of the prizes, their first name, surname and the name of the municipality/town (not the full address), together with a photograph from the act of handing over the prize, will be published on the Operator’s website (point 3) as part of the announcement and disclosure of the Contest results, for an indefinite period even after the end of the Contest. This data and photographs may be used by the Contest Operator for marketing and promotional purposes at any time in the future, including in printed form.
The participant agrees that the Operator may collect and process their personal data. The Operator honestly declares that the handling of personal data is carried out in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. The participant further grants the Operator consent to the use of personal data in marketing and promotional materials, lists of participants, financial statements, etc.
The participant has the right to access the personal data they provided to the Operator upon registration and to have it corrected, as well as other rights set out in Sections 11, 12 and 21 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., in particular the right to blocking, making corrections, supplementing or destroying personal data and, where applicable, to satisfaction if the processing of personal data conflicts with the protection of the participant’s privacy or personal life. The participant also has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing in writing at the address of the Operator’s registered office, whereby they will be excluded from further participation in the Contest. If a prize has already been awarded to them which, by the time of withdrawal of consent, has not yet been delivered or handed over, they lose their entitlement to it.
9. Final provisions
The Operator reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time or to amend the conditions of this Contest. In the event of any changes to the conditions or cancellation of the Contest, all participants will be notified on this page. Changes to the conditions will be recorded so that it is clear what change (and, where applicable, when) occurred.
