Unlimited storage with web hosting
We genuinely place no limit on the storage space for your files with hosting; no cap is set. Customers can therefore upload any amount of files. However, it is not possible to upload absolutely anything to us.
Hosting stron www may only be used for files that
- serve to present content on the website or ensure the operation of that presentation
- are intended for the public (or a restricted, password-protected group) and are linked to from the relevant website
- are the customer’s own work, or for which the customer has the author’s (copyright holder’s) written consent to publish
- do not conflict with the “Exclusion from operation” article of our terms and conditions (see below)
Hosting stron www is not intended for

- an archive of private documents, videos, and other data
- programs or data that are not intended for publication and do not serve to present content within this web hosting
- storing and distributing images (or other types of files) that do not primarily serve to present content within this web hosting but for other websites (for example, serving as a CDN for other websites), whereby access from URLs other than the specific web hosting may be restricted by the provider
- storing and/or publishing third-party documents, videos, third-party photographs, third-party software, and other data for which the customer does not have written consent from the author (copyright holder)

Prohibited activities
On our servers, it is prohibited to operate web hosting, store data, or carry out activities that fall, at least partially, into any of the following categories:
- it conflicts with the laws of the Czech Republic or applicable international conventions
- it conflicts with good morals
- infringement of copyright, patent, industrial, or other similar rights

- direct or indirect harm to any rights of third parties
- overloading the infrastructure or the technical or software resources of the Provider or other parties
- zagrażające prywatności lub bezpieczeństwu innych systemów lub osób
Breach of the rules
In practice, this works as follows: if we suspect a breach of these rules, we are entitled to request from the customer an explanation of the origin and purpose of the files stored on their web hosting, or to request the written consent of the file’s author to publish them on the given web hosting.
If the customer fails to provide an explanation or written confirmation despite our repeated request, we are entitled to delete this data from the web hosting.
But there is no need to be afraid of us. If it is your data, your images, your videos, and by hosting them you are not breaching the rules, then you really can place any amount of them on our web hosting.
